Radisson Blu Hotel, Hasselt

Fairly clean place with very very nice stuff and decent view over Cathedral. Location - particularly good, just next door to lovely hasselt, all the shops and the train station and Slachthuiskaai. Also, in the center of the city.

Location, access to swimming pool, price/quality was excellent

Walking distance from Station and square. The bar/rest on 18th floor gave spectacular views of Hasselt

The bedroom was really nice, good size and nicely decorated. Also the bathroom was really nice.

We were with 2 and we there were only towels for 1 person. One light in the bathroom didn't work and we couldn't switch off the light behind the beth! At six a clock we could smell coffee and food in our room!

Shower gel was empty at check-in.

long waiting for check-in, ice cold room when arriving, no possibilty to switch of part of the light without switching of all electricity, because of problem with computer double keys were deleivered : people come in our room in tehe middle of the night and in the morning our key-cards were not more valid, at check-out a higher price was asked than agreed through the Booking reservation (corrected after proof of the agreed price), asked to wait for breakfast while preparing table and then let us stand there for 10 minutes while table was ready

Rooftop bar's charm shines bright

The rooftop bar offers a fine view, perfect for enjoying cocktails at sunset. The breakfast variety was commendable, extending past the usual hours.

There was no complimentary water in the room, which left me parched after a long day of travel. The municipal parking was pricier than expected.

Nice receptionist when checking out. Comfortable bed

Location, hotel was very difficult to get to by car, address was not in Sat nav so we kept driving around, could see the hotel but lots of no entry streets. Also cars not allowed to drive in front of reception so I was picked up and dropped off around the corner.

It is a very quiet hotel into the city center

In general I had a great stay that surpassed my expectations. The rooms are very nice, modern & fully equiped. In general they have very good taste for decoration. Restaurants & all services were also quite good. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Last but not least the value for money was very good also.

The breakfast was too much so we didnt have it there.

the staff were extremely helpful they arranged a birthday celebration for my nine year old including bringing the cake from the bakery and keeping it in the fridge as i could not make it in time .
